The ELTE Institute for Continuing Legal Education 2023. on 10 November – its 50th anniversary. on the occasion of its 50th anniversary – held a professional conference on cybernetics and artificial intelligence.

Personal data protection in AI systems
). One of the most interesting parts of his presentation was when he explained that accepting Netflix’s recommendation for the selection of the movie of the night is an automatic decision, which is subject to specific rules in data processing, and that whether the processing is done on paper or electronically is irrelevant for the protection of personal data.
